    As close to the customer as possible

    We ship in more than 200 countries. Our network of fulfillment partners ships locally in the US and EU, in compliance with local laws and regulations. We reach the rest of the world from the EU hub.


    Global shipping

    Fast and reliable to over 120 countries.

    In areas a not served by our services, our partner network handles last mile delivery to 122 countries. We deliver from from the EU hub in around 10-20 days, in combination with compliance with international laws and regulations.

    Details:

    • Shipping & Delivery is processed by our network of fulfillment partners.
    • The shipment is fulfilled by our partners in the EU or in the US, according to the closest location. International orders are fulfilled from the EU Hub.  
    • Orders are delivered within 2 weeks to the US, Canada, the EU, the UK, and Japan.
    • We ship worldwide. If your location isn't available, please contact us. 
    • We provide carbon neutral shipping, by default, on all orders.

    Returns

    We have a 14-day return policy from reception.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at service@sn-tx.store. Please note that returns will need to be Berlin, Germany

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that dependent of the  the season and of your location, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
